Décomposition des certains systèmes dynamiques isolés

This is my first theorem of decomposition of symplectic manifold with SO(3) as symmetry group. I showed that the only SO(3)-symplectic manifolds M for which the type of the principal stabilizer is SO(2) are the symplectic products of the two-sphere S2 by some symplectic manifold M0. This theorem applies in any dimension.  Published in “Journal of Geometry and Physics”, vol.1, n°1, 1984.
