Tools for research grant applications
  • The Authority for Research and Development / The Hebrew University of Jerusalem
  • Citation Database:    Web of knowledge    (ISI)
Citation information is also available through the MathSciNet
  • ORCiD : ORCiD provides a persistent digital identifier that distinguishes you from every other researcher and, through integration in key research workflows such as manuscript and grant submission, supports automated linkages between you and your professional activities ensuring that your work is recognized.

Search engines for math & science
  • LaTeX search : search through LaTeX code snippets to find the equation you need    (searches Springer articles)
  • Symbolab  :  Scientific equations search    (formerly: EqsQuest : Search science with science)
  • web2.0calc : Online scientific calculator

Databases      see also: Databases / Mathematics and Computer Science Library, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem
MathSciNet
American Mathematical Society's electronic database comprising Mathematical Reviews (MR) and Current Mathematical Publications (CMP), from 1940 through the present.
Note: If you have problems accessing through the main (Providence, RI, USA) site, try one of the other sites.
Fulltext links are available from MathSciNet to journals with fulltext subscriptions. The bibliographic citation for these will show an "Article" link.
Click on the FindIt @ HUJI (SFX) button/link when available, to see what we have access to.

Zentralblatt MATH Database (Berlin)
(Zentralblatt fur Mathematik / Mathematics Abstracts)
Edited by the European Mathematical Society, the FIZ Karlsruhe, and the Heidelberg Academy of Sciences. Zentralblatt MATH is published by Springer-Verlag.
Free trial access until the end of 2002. (June 18th, 2002)

Current Index to Statistics      (JMS sub.)
The Current Index to Statistics is a bibliographic index to publications in statistics and related fields.
CIS is a joint venture of the American Statistical Association and the Institute of Mathematical Statistics.

EconLit     (JMS sub.)
EconLit is a comprehensive, indexed bibliography with selected abstracts of the world's economic literature, produced by the American Economic Association.
(includes some mathematical economics).

The Mathematics Genealogy Project The Mathematics Genealogy Project / North Dakota State University.
"The intent of this project is to compile information about ALL the mathematicians of the world." (Best viewed with a browser that supports web standards, such as Mozilla ...)
