Differential Forms On Stratified Spaces II

This is the following of the paper on the relationship between zero-perverse and differential forms on stratified diffeological spaces. In this short second part, we treat the particular case of conelike stratified diffeological spaces, and prove the main proposition without any accessory hypothesis.
