Cech-De-Rham Bicomplex in Diffeology

This article is an improved version of a preprint, written in French and never published, that proposes a Čech cohomology for diffeological spaces. It is defined as the Hochschild cohomology of a special generating family (see here). I have added the computation of Cech cohomology of the quotients Rn/K where K is a strict subgroup of Rn.
