TeX with Xcode...

(1) Here is an implementation of a syntax coloring for TeX/LaTeX/BibTeX to use with Xcode 3.x, and also 4.x, 5.x, 6,x. It is certainly incomplete, especially the version for Xcode 4-5-6. The syntax colorisation is described in the file xclangspec which is a part of a private Apple's framework and comes without documentation. So, this is a reverse engineering product, it is given without warranty of being supported in the future. February 20, 2014 Updated July 23, 2014 Go to:

TeX / Xcode 4-5-6 Typeset it, AppleScript droplet (2) Here are a few scripts for Macintosh: the first to Typeset a LaTeX file, with saving the pdf in the same folder as the input file. I give a version as an AppleScript droplet and a version as an Automator command, to be used as a contextual menu of the Finder (put it in the Services folder). There are also an automator command to Typeset the Selected Text (a service, contextual menu) and an AppleScript application to Typeset the Clipboard. Enjoy! Typeset Selected Text, Automator command Typeset Clipboard, AppleScript Application Typeset it, Automator command These are version 1.1 of scripts July 2016. Scripted a genereic path for pdftex, and made the pdf file to be opened when typeset.
