The Draft

This is the current Version of the DRAFT of the book. The chapters I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII and IX are now readable, and a part of chapter VIII. There are still misprints and mistakes. I do not recommend the books for students, since they may be not able to recover all of the misprints/mistakes. Anyway, this draft is a good overview of what is becoming the book. I have one chapter more to finish. And I have to read, re-read and fix everything before releasing it officially.
